HOW TO USE GRAVITY

Gravity is a one-size-fits-all tool and is light and easy to travel with, so use it anytime, anywhere that you can safely lie down on a flat surface.

Place a rolled-up towel or bolster under your knees for added support and to take pressure off the lower back. Position the triangular keystone at the base of your spine, against the sacrum and the cradle under your neck and head.

Once comfortable, clear your mind, avoid any disruptions and relax.

On average, we recommend a 20 minute session as this is a good amount of time to unwind and relax, although there is no maximum time for a GRAVITY session and you can even use it more than once a day.
