Gravity helps my breath to slow down and my body to surrender and become calm. I then engage in a less repetitive thought pattern of future fear, giving me the psychological relief and space needed to contemplate my life and get a glimpse of my own mindfulness. Gravity helps me on all four levels of physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing.
